Torkin Named a Winner of The M&A Advisor's 40 Under 40 M&A Advisor Recognition Awards

NEW YORK, July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Shearman & Sterling bankruptcy & reorganization partner Michael Torkin was named a winner of the inaugural "40 Under 40 M&A Advisor Recognition Awards" by The M&A Advisor, which recognizes leading M&A, financing and turnaround professionals. Torkin and the other winners were honored at the M&A Advisor Awards Gala Monday night in Los Angeles.  The 2010 40 Under 40 Award winners were chosen for their accomplishments from a pool of international nominees by an independent judging panel of distinguished business leaders.
