TorreyPoint Hires Gerard Baglieri as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Field Operations
SUNNYVALE, Calif., July 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- TorreyPoint Group LLC – a leader in network architecture and professional services, has hired Gerard Baglieri as Senior Vice President to run worldwide sales and field operations for TorreyPoint, in an effort to help grow and develop business in each of the different regions. Baglieri brings a consistent record of success in sales growth, channel management and development of cross-functional teams.

Baglieri began his career as a field engineer and has held tenures in sales and sales management at DCA/Racal Datacom, CDC, Cisco Systems, RouteScience/Avaya, GiantLoop, and Symbol Technologies/Motorola.

Prior to Baglieri's move to Avaya, he was responsible for the overall leadership of Motorola's Enterprise Mobility Business in South Asia, which included more than 100 channel partners serving the region. Baglieri will be based in Denver, CO.
