Tossed® Is Rewarding One Creative Guest For Their Best Salad Recipe

Salad lovers can submit their best original salad recipe, and the winner will earn a place on Tossed's menu during the months of July and August and take home a $500 Tossed gift card.

Since 2008, the Tossed® National Salad Contest has promoted the creativity of Tossed® guests everywhere. The contest is held each May, in conjunction with National Salad Month, and gives patrons the opportunity to showcase their ideas for exceptional salads to a nationwide audience. Tossed® executives will evaluate each entry based on taste, creativity, and visual appeal, among other criteria. All suggested salads must include a recipe name and ingredients chosen from among the wide variety on the Tossed® menu.

To help you on your journey in creating the winning salad, the Tossed® website offers a nutritional calculator that was named one of the 50 Great Ideas by Restaurant Business Magazine. The calculator lets diners generate nutritional information for their salads as they're being built.
