Touch Solutions Pioneer, TES America LLC, Acquires 3M™ Touch Systems Asset Portfolio

HOLLAND, Mich., Sept. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- TES America LLC, a pioneer in the touch solutions market, announces the acquisition of certain assets of 3M™ Touch Systems, a subsidiary of 3M Company, and specializing in Surface Capacitive (SCT) and Projected Capacitive (PCAP) components and displays for commercial applications in industries as diverse as casino gaming, medical equipment, public kiosks, collaboration tables and financial transactions.

The purchase enhances the current TES touch component and monitor portfolio while offering continued support to current 3M Touch Systems customers.

The sale of assets is expected to be completed by the end of December 2020. TES plans to maintain all existing 3M Touch products as well as continued support and expansion of the MicroTouch™ brand of touch monitors.
