Tour Bus Driver Loses Control of Vehicle Resulting in Serious Crash

HOUSTON, Jan. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Terry Bryant has been retained to represent a victim that was injured in a crash involving a tour bus on December 16, 2013. The accident happened at approximately 10:40 PM in Seguin, Texas, which is a short distance northeast of San Antonio.  The Seguin Police Department reported that the driver of the commercial bus was allegedly attempting to pass a semi-truck when he veered out of the lane and apparently lost control of his vehicle. The bus then careened off the road and into a ditch.

Fire crews and EMS personnel had difficulty getting to the passengers because of damage to the front of the bus. They had to force the back door open to get the passengers out. One passenger was airlifted from the scene while a dozen more were treated and transported to Guadalupe Regional Medical Center.
