Tower Companies Signs Deals with Ballard Spahr & Ogletree Deakins Totaling 57,702 SF @1909 K

ROCKVILLE, Md., Feb. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Tower Companies announced today that Ballard Spahr LLP, a national firm with more than 475 attorneys in 13 offices throughout the United States, has signed a ten (10) year, 6 months, 38,468 square foot lease, effectively taking over the top two floors at 1909 K Street, The Millennium Building, a USGBC LEED certified and ENERGY STAR® rated commercial office building.  SKB Architecture and Design is providing architectural services for the firm.

Ogletree Deakins, one of the nation's largest labor and employment law firms with more than 500 attorneys in 40 offices nationwide, has signed a ten (10) year, 5 months, 19,234 square foot lease there.  These 57,702 square foot deals bring the building to 95% total occupancy.
