ToyMonster Expands Leadership Team, Announces Appointment of Toy Industry Veteran Becky Baldwin to Lead U.S. Portfolio

MELBOURNE, Australia, Oct. 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- ToyMonster International today announced the appointment of toy industry veteran Becky Baldwin as Vice President USA, a key leadership role that will drive the strategic direction and expansion of their Walmart USA business.

Reporting directly to the ToyMonster Founder and CEO, Nir Pizmony, Becky will be based in the ToyMonster Bentonville office.

Becky joins ToyMonster from Diverse Brands, where she successfully managed a broad portfolio for Walmart and Sam's Club. Prior, Becky's career spanned several Fortune 500 companies, beginning at Walmart, followed by Category Management and Sales positions in leading beverage companies, and more recently as Senior Sales Manager Walmart at Hasbro.

Becky brings a dynamic blend of strategic leadership, entrepreneurial drive, and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments. Becky's appointment marks a significant milestone in ToyMonster's commitment to reinforce their valued partnerships in the U.S.
