Nathan Kelly joins as Chief Operating Officer, Matthew Pigeon joins as Chief Financial Officer and DeAnna Wassom enters as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. Nathan Kelly joins TrackR as Chief Operating Officer, where he will be responsible for helping TrackR transform from a visionary startup to an organization that consistently provides high-quality product experiences that redefine the item tracking space. Mr. Kelly has a proven track record in preparing systems, processes, people, products and partners for rapid scaling from his over 15 years of experience at industry-leading companies including Sony Ericsson, Palm and Sonos.
As TrackR's new Chief Financial Officer, Matthew Pigeon is responsible for driving integration and alignment for all finance-related aspects of the business, as well as corporate development, legal, human resources and corporate strategy. Mr. Pigeon has served as Chief Financial Officer for multiple high growth, venture-backed companies and prior to joining TrackR, served as CFO at Sientra, Inc., where he was responsible for leading its successful IPO. In addition to Sientra, Mr. Pigeon acted as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for The FRS Company and was also a Principal in Banc of America Securities' investment banking group.
DeAnna Wassom enters TrackR as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. In her new role, Wassom will lead the development and execution of global marketing across all sales channels and communication platforms.
