DALLAS, Oct. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today TracyLocke announced the launch of The Design Collective, a new division that integrates content production, 3D, virtual reality, photography, animation and illustration. Based in TracyLocke's Dallas office, The Design Collective will be led by Executive Creative Director David Hohman.
