TrademarkNow Continues To Expand With The Appointment of Charles Hill As Head of Product and Harri Kairento As Head of Finance
HELSINKI, Feb. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TrademarkNow®, a Helsinki-based legal technology startup, today announced the appointment of Charles Hill as Head of Product, responsible for driving the company's product strategy and roadmap to bring innovation to the market, and Harri Kairento as Head of Finance, responsible for leading the company's global finance and administrative functions.

This strategic team expansion follows a strong year of growth for the company in 2014, and supports aggressive plans for continued product and market development in 2015.
Hill brings over 15 years of experience managing large-scale software and Internet products to TrademarkNow. Prior to joining TrademarkNow, Hill was Vice President, Membership Products and Data at GLG/Gerson Lehrman Group in New York City where he was responsible for reinventing the core content data of the world's largest expert network. In addition, Hill was previously Director of Product Management at Getty Images, VP Product Management at Partsearch Technologies, Inc., and Manager, Deloitte Consulting. Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Hill will work in TrademarkNow's NYC office.

Kairento's extensive experience in international financial and administrative management include his most recent position as Group Controller and Company Secretary for CRF Health, the world's leading electronic patient diary provider. During his tenure at CRF Health, the company grew from a startup to become one of the most profitable IT-service companies in Finland. Previously, Kairento worked at Oplayo Oy, one of the leading streaming video technology providers in the world. Kairento holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics. Kairento will work in TrademarkNow's Helsinki headquarter office.
