Tradentrix, LLC. Builds Network Operation Center in CyrusOne West Houston Data Center

HOUSTON, Jan. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Tradentrix, LLC. today announces the opening of its newly built Network Operation Center located in the CyrusOne West Houston Data Center. 

Tradentrix chose to build in a Tier 4 data center to ensure the highest level of security and physical protection for both our infrastructure and service desk.  This addition guarantees Tradentrix customers no interruptions to support as the newly built NOC contains multiple nodes and N+1 redundancy.

The NOC is able to detect and respond to issues in our high availability infrastructure often before service to customers is impacted.  Customers who have physical equipment on-site with Tradentrix gain the added benefit of the NOC's ability to assist with racking/troubleshooting equipment, restarting servers, swapping disks, receiving equipment, and resolving various hardware issues.
