TradeTrax Appoints Executive Financial Leader Kevin Cunningham as Chief Financial Officer

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TradeTrax, the jobsite intelligence and operational data platform for production homebuilders, today announced the appointment of Kevin Cunningham as Chief Financial Officer. Cunningham brings over 30 years of global financial leadership across SaaS, cleantech, aerospace, healthcare, and fintech sectors. In his new role, he will lead the creation of TradeTrax's financial infrastructure, driving pricing strategy, commercial support, and strategic third-party financing relationships as the company scales nationally.

Cunningham previously served as CFO of Sparta Systems, a pharmaceutical SaaS provider, and CFO of Honeywell Aerospace Aftermarket, a $4B division serving commercial, business, and defense aviation markets. His executive background also includes senior roles at GE Healthcare Services, spanning eight years in European and Asian markets, and solar energy leaders SunEdison and SunWize. Cunningham holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
