Traditions Hospice of South Houston, LLC Acquires Hallmark Hospice

COLLEGE STATION, Texas, June 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Traditions Hospice of South Houston, a subsidiary of Traditions Health Care Holding Company, LLC, a leading home health and hospice provider in Texas, announced today that it has acquired Hallmark Hospice.  Hallmark Hospice is a provider of hospice services in Houston, Texas.  The announcement was made by Bryan Wolfe, the President and CEO of Traditions Health Care Holding Company, LLC.
