TRAFFIQ Taps Nielsen for Audience Insights

NEW YORK, Sept. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Today TRAFFIQ announced an alliance with Nielsen, the global leader in providing insights and analytics into what consumers watch and buy, which will enable its registered users to benefit from Nielsen @Plan market information for planning and optimizing digital display campaigns. TRAFFIQ helps advertisers build campaigns by ingesting a myriad of requirements such as demographic and targeting needs, and then uses its attribute-matching technology to suggest media channels that index highly against an advertiser's goals.

The Nielsen @Plan information in TRAFFIQ includes audience size information and demographic fields including gender, age, education, marital status, ethnicity, income, and geography. The Nielsen @Plan listings span more than 7,000 ad-supported sites, which TRAFFIQ users can buy from directly or through the TRAFFIQ Marketplace, which spans over 3,000 premium sites. Users do not need a separate license to view the limited set of Nielsen information in the platform, which makes TRAFFIQ the first platform to expose Nielsen @Plan insights to non-Nielsen customers.

Starting today, registered TRAFFIQ users will have automatic access to Nielsen @Plan information within the "Search" tab of the platform.
