NEW YORK, Jan. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Training The Street (TTS), a leading corporate training provider for Wall Street firms and top business schools, today announced its appointment of Bob Wieczorek as head of its asset management and capital markets practice.
Utilizing his experience in capital markets, asset management, banking and financial training, Mr. Wieczorek will be tasked with expanding TTS's training of professionals working on sales and trading desks and in investment management. He will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering TTS's financial training products to clients in both the asset management and capital markets sectors, as well as hiring additional faculty. Mr. Wieczorek will also provide classroom instruction.

Mr. Wieczorek joins TTS with twenty-five years of experience, including over eight years of financial services training. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of the Americas Region practice group at Fitch Learning. In that role, Mr. Wieczorek was responsible for a wide range of operational activities, including designing financial training solutions for both the buy and sell side. His prior experience includes serving as Managing Partner at STORM Capital Partners, and Managing Director of North American corporate finance at Credit Lyonnais Securities. Mr. Wieczorek's experience also includes trading and managing a portfolio of distressed debt as a Vice President at CRT Capital Group and Credit Lyonnais, respectively. Mr. Wieczorek, a CFA Charter holder, volunteers teaching financial literacy to inner-city high school students. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
