Trammell Crow Residential Is Bringing A Premium Multifamily Development To Houston's Energy Corridor; Alexan Enclave To Debut In 2014

HOUSTON, Aug. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Trammell Crow Residential, one of America's premier multifamily real estate firms, is upping the ante on Houston's burgeoning west side. Construction is now underway on Alexan Enclave, a 354-unit development located at 13411 Briar Forest Drive. The project, which is immediately west of Eldridge Parkway, sits on a prime, approximately 6.25-acre site in the heart of the booming Energy Corridor business and residential district, just steps away from major employers, plus a dense variety of retail and dining options. The development is slated to open in spring 2014.

Apartment homes will showcase 10-foot ceilings with eight-foot doors throughout, spa-like baths with tile floors, vinyl plank flooring in the living and dining areas, as well as chef kitchens featuring hardwood cabinetry with 42-inch upper kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, large under-mount sinks and stainless appliances, including large, double door refrigerators.
