TransMedia Group To Publicize Dr. Eli Fischer's Autobiography 'Dr. Fischer: The Man Behind The Logo'

NEW YORK, Aug. 27, 2012 TransMedia Group (www.transmediagroup.com) said it was retained to publicize Dr. Eli Fischer's autobiography, "Dr. Fischer: The Man behind the Logo." 

The international public relations firm said Dr. Fischer's autobiography, first published in Israel in Hebrew, will be a revised version aimed at the U.S. market.  The book will have a greater emphasis on anti-aging as so many products from his global pharmaceutical company, Fischer Pharmaceuticals, Ltd., are designed to help to curb the effects of aging, said Donna Balancia, TransMedia's Executive VP, Publishing and Promotions.

"We plan to integrate Dr. Fischer's book into our publicity campaign for the expanded line of Dr. Fischer® brand products in the U.S.," she said.  Products include Dr. Fischer Baby Eyelid Cleansing Wipes, which are becoming increasingly available at pharmacies throughout the U.S. as many pediatricians recommend them, she added. To date, more than 26 million sachets of the baby product have been sold worldwide.
