Meyers, Esq., an industry veteran with extensive experience in e-discovery and information governance, to lead the company's global Information Governance practice group.
Dan spent the last ten years with Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, where he was a Partner in the Litigation Department focusing on complex commercial litigations and business disputes. Dan also co-founded Bracewell's E-Discovery & Information Governance practice group, where he represented and advised clients on the nuances of e-discovery and the related fields of privacy, cybersecurity, and defensible data disposition. Dan holds certifications as an E-Discovery Specialist (ACEDS) and an Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
