Transwestern Brings Lenox Overlook To 100 Percent Leased

ATLANTA, Aug. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern's Southeast office today announces Scout Marketing has executed an expansion at Lenox Overlook, bringing the property to 100 percent leased. Transwestern Vice Presidents Jeff Taylor and Don Reeves provide exclusive leasing services for the Buckhead building at 3391 Peachtree Road in Atlanta on behalf of the owner, BRE/Swiss LP.

"Lenox Overlook was 66 percent leased just over a year ago," said Taylor. "Our team was determined to bring the asset to more than 95 percent occupancy within one year by making necessary capital improvement recommendations to update common areas and executing a strategic marketing campaign."

Transwestern completed three deals within 12 months, bringing occupancy to 96 percent. With the expansion of Scout Marketing in July 2015, the asset has reached 100 percent leased. Transwestern added further value by securing extended terms on all leases at premium rental rates with market tenant improvements.
