The rollout will include the installation of the OPERA Property Management System (OPERA PMS), OPERA Reservation System (ORS), OPERA Customer Information System (OCIS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA), OPERA Business Intelligence (OBI), OPERA Sales and Catering (OPERA S&C), and OPERA Materials Control (MC), as well as various MICROS restaurant point-of-sale systems depending on the hotel brand.
