Moore has successfully led teams through strategic change toward more operational structure and innovative approaches to business practices. "I am thrilled to be a part of an organization that does something as noble as helping to make travel possible for middle income families. I was also delighted to learn that our travelers give us a 4.2 rating out of 5 on overall customer satisfaction. My goal is to continue to make changes that will enhance the traveler experience, improve overall operations and move the company toward its long-term vision," explained Moore.
Travel has been a part of Moore's DNA since she was young, and led her to backpack around the world visiting 18 countries on six continents. "As we continue to grow, it was important to find the right person to bring structure and operational efficiency to the company," stated Brad Callahan, President and CEO, Travel Advantage Network.
