Travis Pearson Joins GI Partners as Managing Director

MENLO PARK, Calif., May 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- GI Partners, a leading middle market private equity firm, today announced that Travis Pearson has joined the firm as Managing Director. Mr. Pearson will work broadly across the GI portfolio to drive key operational initiatives and pursue new investment opportunities.

Mr. Pearson joins GI after 15 years at Bain & Company, where he served leading clients in technology, media, telecommunications, consumer and retail, and private equity. Mr. Pearson held several leadership roles at Bain, most recently serving as the regional practice leader for Technology in the Americas.
