Trevali Announces Closing of Share Consolidation

VANCOUVER, BC, Dec. 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - Trevali Mining Corporation ("Trevali" or the "Company") (TSX: TV) (BVL: TV) (OTCQX: TREVF) (Frankfurt: 4TI) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced share consolidation (the "Consolidation") on the basis of one (1) post-Consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-Consolidation common shares. The Consolidation will reduce the number of Common Shares issued and outstanding from approximately 989,464,731 Common Shares to approximately 98,946,187 Common Shares. The Common Shares are expected to commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") on a post-Consolidation basis on the opening of trading on December 6, 2021.
