Tri Star Sports And Entertainment Group Announces Relocation To Historic Music Row In Nashville, Tenn.

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group announces plans to relocate to 11 Music Circle South in Nashville, Tenn.  The property is located on historic music row in Nashville which is home to hundreds of businesses within the country, gospel and contemporary music industries. Tri Star closed on the property that was previously owned by businessman and real estate investor, Ted Welch on May 31, 2013.

With over 20 years of experience, Jim Nickle of Inform Smallwood+Nickle, LLC. will serve as the lead architect on the project. Most recently, Jim was the project manager on Nashville's newly completed Country Music Hall of Fame and museum and project manager for Phase I of the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. Nickle has also worked as the project director of the IMAX Theater in Chattanooga, Tennessee and the Montgomery Bell Academy Wilson Library renovation.

President of Shaub Construction Company, Inc., Jay Brassfield will be the contractor for this project that began with demolition on July 9, 2013. With Shaub Construction since 1986 and president since 2003, Brassfield is a veteran in the commercial contracting sector and plays an active role in enhancing client relationships with his in-depth knowledge of general contracting. In addition to commercial construction, Shaub Construction Company also specializes in retail and healthcare construction.

Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group plans to move into their newly remodeled building in February 2014.
