TriComB2B Moves Headquarters to Downtown Dayton

DAYTON, Ohio, April 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TriComB2B, a BtoB Magazine Top 150 agency dealing exclusively in the business to business marketing of technical products and services, will move its headquarters tomorrow to the seventh and ninth floors (18,000 sq. ft.) of Performance Place, 109 North Main Street. The company signed a 10-year lease agreement, bringing 31 local employees to downtown Dayton. The agency is moving from Vandalia, where it was headquartered for more than a decade.

"We're excited by the opportunities this move represents for our business," said Chris Eifert, co-owner of TriComB2B along with John Buscemi. "Performance Place is a beautiful office and residential complex adjacent to one of the country's best performing arts centers — the Schuster Center."

TriComB2B has added more than a dozen new clients and experienced a 25 percent growth in revenue since 2010. The new offices at Performance Place will allow TriComB2B to lower its overall lease costs by 11 percent while providing additional space to support the firm's continued expansion.

The city of Dayton is supporting the move with a $90,000 development grant approved by the City Commission.
