TriComB2B's Erin M. Paulson Named to Dayton Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Class of 2011

Honoree Leads Strategic Marketing Initiatives for B2B Agency

VANDALIA, Ohio, March 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Erin M. Paulson, Director of Strategic Marketing for TriComB2B, a Dayton-area agency dealing exclusively in business-to-business marketing of technical products and services, has been named to the Dayton Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Class of 2011. In her role, Paulson is responsible for exploring new trends and best practices in B2B marketing, ultimately helping the firm's clients develop more innovative and effective marketing programs. In addition, she serves as the lead company representative on all social marketing programs and helps support a variety of business development initiatives.

With Paulson's support, TriComB2B grew its business by nine percent in 2010, increased its workforce by approximately 20 percent and added several new clients, including ITW Paxton, ITW Vortec, Rittal Corporation and United Air Specialists. In part, as a result of her efforts, TriComB2B was recently named a Top 150 Agency by BtoB Magazine.

Paulson earned both her bachelor's degree in marketing and her master of business administration from the University of Dayton.

Paulson currently serves as president-elect of the Dayton Art Institute's Associate Board. She also is a member of the Junior League of Dayton, the Women's Board for the Children's Medical Center of Dayton and the University of Dayton's Career Advisory Network.
