Trilantic and Riverstone Announce New Upstream Oil & Gas Investment

NEW YORK, April 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Trilantic Capital Partners ("Trilantic") and Riverstone Holdings ("Riverstone") today announced an investment in Trail Ridge Energy Partners II ("Trail Ridge" or the "Company"), a newly-formed oil and gas exploration and production company focused primarily in the Permian Basin in West Texas.  Trail Ridge will be led by CEO Ron D. Wade, a petroleum engineer and experienced oil & gas entrepreneur with a track record of shareholder value creation.  Ron has assembled a management team of highly experienced and skilled energy professionals to help the Company pursue its growth strategy.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
