TriMas' Norris Cylinder Achieves One Million Hours Without Lost Work Day Injury

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., April 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ: TRS) – a diversified manufacturer of engineered and applied products – announced today that its Norris Cylinder Company manufacturing plant in Longview, Texas, last month, passed the one millionth-hour mark – more than three years – without having an injury that resulted in a lost work day.  This accomplishment represents validation of a program that was started more than three years ago to improve safety awareness in manufacturing operations.
