Trinitas Ventures Expands its Services Offering with the In-House Promotion of Karen Caprarella

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., Dec. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Trinitas Ventures, a leading developer, owner, and manager of high-quality student-housing communities has promoted Karen Caprarella to the position of Director, Business Development – Asset and Property Management.

In this capacity, Ms. Caprarella will be responsible for identifying and developing key business relationships and opportunities for growing a 3rd-party, fee-management platform, as well as coordinating the opening of new properties. Ms. Caprarella's extensive experience with the Trinitas operating system and her vast experience in property management will provide an alluring product for owners of student assets that require enhanced analytics, streamlined leasing processes, or start-up assistance.

Ms. Caprarella has been involved in asset and property management since 1988. She has managed commercial, retail and apartment buildings throughout the country, ranging from student to conventional to tax credit and subsidized housing. Most recently, she served as Director, Property Management Operations with Trinitas Ventures.
