Combined the companies provide products and services to over 300 institutions throughout 36 states.
The company will retain existing data center operations in Lubbock, Texas and will add an additional processing center in Birmingham, Ala. Sales and marketing for the company will be headquartered in Birmingham, Ala. as well.
TriNovus founder and CEO David Brasfield has over 25 years experience providing core processing solutions to community financial institutions, having previously founded SBS Corporation, SBS Data Services and Brasfield Technology. Brasfield said that eBank Systems was an attractive fit for TriNovus because it offered a solid core technology platform with an experienced and competent support staff that would help to expand the scope of the current technology solutions that TriNovus offers.
