TripAdvisor Announces Travelers' Choice Hotels With Exceptional Service

Travelers' Choice Exceptional Service award-winners were determined based on the millions of reviews and opinions of TripAdvisor travelers worldwide, taking into account the quality of reviews and ratings for service.

Palm Springs Shines for Service
TripAdvisor travelers receive the royal treatment in the Golden State as three of the top 10 U.S. Travelers' Choice Exceptional Service award-winners are located in Palm Springs, with four of the top 10 in California. "Palm Springs is a magnet for TripAdvisor travelers, thanks to its picturesque landscape and abundant sunshine, but it's also the friendly hoteliers and imaginative personal touches found in some of its top accommodations that keep TripAdvisor members going back," said Wendy Perrin, Travel Advocate for TripAdvisor. 

Mass Appeal: The SeaCoast Inn Wins Again
For a sixth consecutive year, the 26-room SeaCoast Inn (#3 U.S.) in Hyannis, Massachusetts has won a Travelers' Choice award for service. From accompanying a guest to the hospital, to shuttling them around town, property owner Terri Noyes said she "always wants guests to have wonderful memories of their stay." A TripAdvisor reviewer commented, "Never have we met owners who were so friendly and so helpful. It was well above and beyond. They not only let us use their washing machine, but actually did it for us as we were out, and put the completed (2 loads) in our room all nicely folded."
