Since the launch of Troparé in 2014, the company has predominantly served as a white label software provider to large B2B data providers, jointly serving enterprise customers by activating B2B data within Troparé software solutions. Moving forward, Troparé is leaving white label behind and will pursue direct customer relationships under its own company logo in order to establish more streamlined and efficient communication and support processes, and increase market presence.
The company's three (3) new deals have been put in place directly with Fortune 10 and previous Fortune 100 companies – all in need of Troparé's unique self-service data management and mobile solutions.
Aside from continuing to serve the enterprise customer tier, Troparé has also soft launched an SMB specific SaaS version of its self-service data management platform (tStudio) to a select group of customers. "Even though the SMB space traditionally did not have access to the sheer quantity of data enterprise organizations deal with, nor utilize and operate big data for similar hyper-targeted outreach, the SMB market has evolved to where it now forms an ideal customer profile to utilize our software and solutions," says Carpenter. "We will be spinning off a 'lite' version of our successful enterprise solution suite that will facilitate a completely self-service user experience. Users will be able to create their own online Troparé accounts, select which solutions they want access to, upload their own data or utilize the data provided in the platform, and start orchestrating micro-targeted marketing and sales operations." The SMB version of tStudio is set to officially launch in Q2, 2019 and will feature a month-to-month subscription model.
