Customers scheduled on flights to, from or through affected airports through July 5 are permitted a one-time date or time change to their itinerary without penalty providing rescheduled travel originates by July 19. Automated flight status with TripAlert
Customers may opt to receive automated TripAlert messages regarding changes to their flight's departure and arrival times. Customers who are OnePass members may customize TripAlert settings through their OnePass profile. Customers who are not OnePass members may receive these important messages via e-mail by providing a valid e-mail address when making their initial flight reservation. If no e-mail address is available, Continental Airlines will attempt to contact them by phone.
