Mr. Nichols brings nearly 20 years of mortgage industry experience to tru ranging from sales, entrepreneurial management, day-to-day corporate policy, production and personnel management.  Prior to joining tru, Mr. Nichols was a Vice President at Troy, Michigan-based Flagstar Bank. As part of the corporate team tasked with strategically consolidating the best in the organization into a manageable network of branches, he saw his role expand to overseeing a nationwide network of nearly 100 employees with over $1billion in annual production volume.

In addition, tru has also hired Paul Dalton as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Dalton was previously Director of Technology for a multi-million dollar wealth management firm where he managed the information technology infrastructure and support for multiple offices across the United States. Prior to that, he served as network administrator of a multi-billion dollar registered investment advisor that managed long-short equity funds of hedge funds.
