Truckstop.com's User Conference, Connected 2018, Brings Together Freight Brokers and 3PLs
Freight brokers and executives will convene in Dallas, Texas May 21-23, 2018 for the transportation industry's leading user conference.
NEW PLYMOUTH, Idaho, Feb. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Truckstop.com, leaders in transportation technology and load board solutions announced today that registration is now open for Connected 2018, the company's annual user conference.
The conference will offer two tracks – one specifically for executives and leaders, and a certification track where users can train to become Truckstop.com certified power users.
"Our initial user conference was a resounding success," said Paris Cole, Truckstop.coms' Chief Executive Officer. "However, the market is much different this year – capacity is tight and brokers are looking for that edge to set them apart. We're committed to the success of our customers, and we've developed a hands-on user track to help brokers get the most out of their Truckstop.com tools."
"We realize that executives and power users will attend Connected 2018 to get something distinctly different," said Cole. "Our executive track will be packed with industry insights, networking and thought leadership, while our user certification track is an engaging and hands-on classroom-style training designed for heavy users of Truckstop.com."
Connected 2018 enables brokers to meet their peers, learn how to move freight quickly and efficiently during dynamic market conditions, and increase profits, all while attending breakout sessions and hands-on trainings, learning how to get the most out of Truckstop.com. Attendees will have access to product demos, visit with multiple solution providers, and learn about how their peers are using Truckstop.com. All Conference attendees will also enjoy a VIP dinner and tour of The Star, where the Dallas Cowboys train year-round.
"Companies can't grow without having the proper tools," said Chris Reeves, senior director of logistics for Forward Air, Inc. "It is imperative to be aware and understand how to properly use the broker/transportation tools that are available."
"Truckstop.com's Connected user conference gave me the ability to see the tools available, talk face-to-face with the product experts on how to use the tools, understand how they will benefit my company, and network with other brokers on how they use the tools," concluded Reeves.
To provide industry knowledge and insights on how to best understand broker and transportation tools, Truckstop.com founder Scott Moscrip, and Chief Executive Officer, Paris Cole, will be on hand throughout the conference. Truckstop.com executives Bill Vitti and Brent Hutto, as well as Truckstop.com's chief economist Noel Perry will also lead sessions and share their knowledge of critical trends that may impact the transportation industry.
