Trudeau Announces Acquisition of Silvermark

CHICAGO, Nov. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Trudeau Corporation announced today that it has agreed to acquire Silvermark, a leading supplier of kitchen gadgets and gourmet accessories with a focus on easy, fast food prep and healthy eating. Silvermark, founded in 2002 with its introduction of the Toss & Chop™ Salad Chopper, has grown from a single product company into a reliable supplier of a wide range of innovative products for the housewares industry.
