True Health Diagnostics Appoints New Chief Compliance Officer

FRISCO, Texas, Jan. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- True Health Diagnostics today announced the appointment of Robert J. Rossi as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Rossi is an experienced legal and compliance healthcare attorney who has directed compliance procedures for healthcare services companies over the last three decades. He will oversee True Health's rigorous compliance standards and help ensure that the company's unblemished record of ethical and lawful operations remain the standard by which others measure themselves.

Rossi is a former Chief Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania overseeing the state's Medicaid Fraud Unit. He started his legal career as a local prosecutor for the Delaware County District Attorney's office in Pennsylvania. His expertise as a trusted legal and business advisor on federal and state fraud and abuse laws as well as regulatory and compliance activities has earned him the respect of regulatory and enforcement agencies.

Since the 1990s, Rossi has served in various capacities for healthcare services companies, such as Senior Corporate Counsel, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He has also supported the work of independent clinical and pathology laboratories, namely Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, PLUS Diagnostics and Calloway Laboratories, Inc., among others. He has served as an adjunct faculty professor at Bay State College in Boston, and is a graduate of both Temple Law School and Temple University in Philadelphia.
