True Talent Advisory Welcomes Seasoned Leader John Foster as Chief People Officer
PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- True Talent Advisory, the global platform for innovative human capital products and services, announced the addition of John Foster as Chief People Officer. Prior to joining True Talent Advisory, John founded Gamut Labs to advise start-ups on talent and culture and to help them scale successfully. John has worked with dozens of innovative companies including Earnest, Sonos, Razer, Riot Games, Facebook and Gensler.
Prior to Gamut Labs, John led global HR at Hulu. As CHRO, he helped Hulu grow from $100M to $1B annual revenue in less than 5 years. He was also the CHRO at IDEO, serving over 500 people in nine locations around the world. John's broad experience in leading learning and development includes roles such as Chief Learning Officer at Mercury Interactive, Head of Worldwide Organization Development at Levi Strauss, and VP of Learning and Development at both Fidelity Investments and Citibank. He is recognized as an expert in leadership, team building, communication and company culture.
