Truelink Capital Acquires Zep, a Leading Cleaning Products and Maintenance Services Provider

LOS ANGELES and ATLANTA, July 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Truelink Capital ("Truelink"), a Los Angeles based private equity firm focused on growth and long-term value creation, announced today that it has closed the acquisition of Zep, Inc. ("Zep"), a manufacturer of maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation solutions for food and beverage, industrial, commercial, and residential applications. Zep was acquired from affiliates of New Mountain Capital ("New Mountain"), a New York based private equity firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1937, Zep maintains a broad portfolio of high-performance cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance products serving a diverse range of industries. Its solutions span facility-wide cleaning and sanitation, water treatment, industrial maintenance, home care products, and more, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, sustainability, and reliability.
