TSI Appoints New CFO and VP of Sales to Management Team

CHAPEL HILL, N.C., Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- TSI Healthcare, a national leader in the sales and support of custom healthcare information technology, has appointed Kermit Copley, CPA and Scott Boyden, MBA as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of New Client Sales respectively. These additions to TSI's Management Team have been made to accommodate TSI's continued growth and expansion and to facilitate greater specialization in company operations.

Mr. Copley is a Certified Public Accountant and was a partner with the accounting firm of Holden, Moss, Knott, Clark and Taylor prior to joining TSI.  He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from UNC-Chapel Hill and is also a national member of the AICPA.  Mr. Copley states, "I am thrilled to be a part of TSI Healthcare's continued growth and the challenges this growth brings.  TSI has established a unique and successful business model coupled with first class people, products and services. As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Boyden's responsibilities include the addition of new clients within both the Systems Group (Practice Management and Electronic Health Records) and the Document Management Group. Prior to joining TSI, Mr. Boyden served as Senior Vice President at Streamline Health and was also Regional Vice President for the Misys Corporation (formerly Medic Computers®, now Allscripts®).
