Tubby's Sub Shops Introduces Kickin' Bourbon Shrimp Sub as Limited Time Offer
ROSEVILLE, Mich., March 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Tubby's Sub Shops, a Detroit Original, today launched its first in a series of original Limited Time Offering subs.
Kickin' Bourbon Shrimp offers large shrimp, grilled to perfection on Tubby's fresh baked bread and smothered in Sweet Baby Ray's mouthwatering Kickin' Bourbon sauce, plus lettuce, onion and tomato to create a truly 'wow' flavor. Kickin' Bourbon Shrimp is a special six week promotion that will only be available March 1 - April 16, and only at Tubby's.
For nearly 50 years, Tubby's has been a leader and innovator in metro Detroit's sandwich market. Kickin' Bourbon Shrimp subs will be available at all 60 Tubby's locations from March 1 - April 16. During the offer, Tubby's guests will be eligible to participate in a special "Fish & Chips" promotion offering a chance to win a fishing (fish) or golf trip (chips) to a Michigan resort location. The sweepstakes is a combined offer from Tubby's and WCSX (94.7 FM) radio.
According to Russell, the Kickin' Bourbon Shrimp is the first in a new series of Limited Time Offer sub sandwiches that will be offered during the year and will use only the best ingredients to create bold flavors on timely offerings. "We think the LTO subs are an exciting way to earn new customers and delight and surprise our loyal Tubby's family. Plus, it will have additional appeal during the Lenten season."
Kickin' Bourbon Shrimp subs are $6 for a small, $8.40 for regular and $11.80 for large.
