During his tenure, Olson was instrumental in bringing microarray technology to clinical cytogenetics, among other noteworthy achievements.

In addition to recruiting a high­-performing sales and marketing team, Olson helped Signature Genomics capitalize on numerous commercial opportunities, growing the business at a heady pace.
