tw telecom has teamed up with QTS, a leading national provider of data center solutions and fully managed services, providing networking solutions to customers in its Richmond data center, a 1.3 million square-foot campus supporting enterprise clients, government data center consolidation opportunities, and commercial colocation and managed services.
