Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, American Citadel Guard's focus is vertical markets such as manufacturers, refineries, transport and shipping sites, hospitals and high-tech facilities. With $25 million in annual revenues, the company brings its portfolio of clients in Louisiana, Georgia and Texas to the Universal slate.

Cal Crim operates in Cincinnati, Ohio, its headquarters. The employee-owned company has been servicing clients with armed/unarmed security professionals and patrol officers in the tri-state area of Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky since 1913. Clientele include national and local businesses representative of various industries.
