CRN's annual list recognizes female executives across vendors' channel organizations, distributors and solution providers for their accomplishments over the past year and the far-reaching impact they are having on the technology industry going forward.

This year's Women of the Channel were chosen by the editors of CRN magazine based on their achievements as executives and the amount of influence they wield over the technology channel.

Toni Clayton-Hine leads worldwide marketing for CA Technologies Recovery Management and Data Modeling Customer Solutions Unit. She has nearly 20 years in the technology industry, with deep expertise driving successful channel sales and marketing, recruitment programs, partner communications and competitive analysis. During her tenure, the business unit's products received more than 30 accolades and awards. Toni also oversaw the launch of the CA ARCserve r15 Family of Products including the new ARCserve.com, a dedicated storage solutions website that receives more than 2,000 hits a day, and created 50,000 partner leads in its first year of operation.

Tracy Balent-Hamrac heads channel sales in the Americas for CA Technologies Recovery Management and Data Modeling products. In this position, she has boosted both partner and customer confidence by enhancing sales team alignment, driving adoption of new product releases, introducing partner profitability programs such as the "Backup Wake Up Call," and launching lead referral campaigns.

Both Clayton-Hine and Balent-Hamrac also made CRN's Power100, an elite subset of the highest ranking women at the most influential vendors and VARs in the industry.
