Two HEXPOL NAFTA Facilities Receive 2014 Top Workplace Awards

MIDDLEFIELD, Ohio, July 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- HEXPOL Compounding, a leading global provider of elastomer compounds, recently had two of its NAFTA locations recognized as best places to work in 2014. HEXPOL Compounding in Statesville, North Carolina, and Gold Key Processing, HEXPOL's facility in Middlefield, Ohio, received top workplace awards for their respective locations.

Business North Carolina, in partnership with Best Companies Group, surveyed employers and employees participating in the Best Employers in North Carolina program and ranked HEXPOL Compounding in the top 15 for large companies in the state's Best Employers in North Carolina program.

Gold Key Processing was ranked in The Plain Dealer's Top 100 Workplaces for the second year in a row. Gold Key was ranked 25 among northeast Ohio's mid-sized companies. The 2014 Top 100 Workplaces list was published in Cleveland's Plain Dealer on June 15.  

The common denominator for both awards is HEXPOL's investment in people. Employees surveyed in both locations indicated their appreciation for the recognition, rewards, and opportunities provided by HEXPOL.
