Mitsakos, a seasoned executive focused on innovative technologies, will bring leadership from his experience as both a venture capitalist and active private investor with hands on experience as a successful entrepreneur. Mitsakos has been a lead investor or majority owner in over 50 companies, and has served on over 25 Boards of Directors.

He serves as an active Advisor to several well-known technology and pharmaceutical companies and has served as the Director and founding Chief Executive Officer at multiple companies.
Nick started his career at Goldman Sachs in 1985, and worked at Drexel Burnham Lambert from 1986 to 1989. Mr. Mitsakos began his business career as the Founder of General Computer Corporation, which he sold to the Atari Unit of Warner Communications. He serves as the Chairman of Nanya International, Inc. and served as the Chairman of Hawaii Biotech, Inc. Mitsakos received an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a B.S. from the University of Southern California in computer science and microbiology.
