Ubiquity Global Services Announces Multi-year Deal With RushCard
Ubiquity to Perform Multi-channel Customer Service
NEW YORK, Oct. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Ubiquity Global Services, a new and innovative Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization, today announced the signing of a multi-year agreement to provide services to Russell Simmons' RushCard, a pioneer in the General Purpose Reloadable (GPR) market. The deal marks the first signing of a financial services client, one of the principal industries of focus for Ubiquity.

Ubiquity was awarded a multi-year contract to provide a range of bilingual services, including multi-channel customer service and process fulfillment work. The services will commence in early November and are to be delivered from Ubiquity's facilities in San Salvador, El Salvador and Manila, Philippines.

After recently opening an office in Sal Salvador, El Salvador, Ubiquity has recently completed the construction of its facility in Manila, Philippines. Both facilities are connected to Ubiquity's global cloud-based call distribution system, thereby ensuring the seamless delivery of calls to the most qualified resource irrespective of location. RushCard will be leveraging this solution, allowing the seamless routing of calls to both of Ubiquity's facilities.
