UGL Services Appoints Donna Becco Schroeder to Lead the Occupier Consulting Services Group

CHICAGO, Sept. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL), today announced the appointment of Donna Becco Schroeder as a Senior Vice President who will be leading the Occupier Consulting Services Group, based in the UGL Services Chicago office. Ms. Schroeder joins the Company as a senior member of the UGL Services Leadership Team.

The Occupier Consulting Services Group, integrated with our core advisory service – Account Management, Facilities Management, Transaction Management and Project Management – comprise a full platform of real estate services including strategic planning, organizational change management, space management and technology solutions, sustainability services and portfolio optimization/merger/acquisition real estate services.

This service line works extensively with leading occupiers to support the CRE teams with customer relationship management programs, governance systems, as well as real estate operations and service. Creating alignment between business and real estate strategy forms the core of this service line with clients.

Ms. Schroeder, 49, has consulted with clients throughout Europe, the United States, and Canada to develop portfolio strategies, occupancy plans, space management solutions and merger and acquisition and optimization strategies. She has over 25 years of experience in providing best-practice strategic occupancy, optimization strategies analysis, and business- process improvement related to facilities. Over the course of her career, she has delivered innovative solutions and complex project services to numerous multi-national clients including Bank of America, Microsoft, AT&T, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, Capital One, Citibank, IBM, ABN AMRO, BP, Pfizer, Morgan Stanley, HP, GSK, and AON/Hewitt. Ms. Schroeder most recently led the 50-member Advisory Services Suite Team at Nelson Strategies.

At UGL Services, she will be a key integrator and developer of our Occupier Services group and help position UGL Services as a worldwide leader in delivering superior facility and occupancy results. She will leverage a service platform through a sophisticated account management structure to provide consistent, reliable and expanded services.

Donna holds a Bachelor of Design and Architecture Degree from the University of Cincinnati, and is an active member and participant in numerous professional organizations including IIDA, IFMA, and the Chicago chapter of CoreNet and has been published in the Journal of Corporate Real Estate.
