UL Solutions Announces High Voltage Cable Field Testing Program, Helping Advance Power Grid Infrastructure

With this new field testing program, UL Solutions evaluates high voltage cable systems to help the energy industry advance reliability and performance and enhance power grid infrastructure.

NORTHBROOK, Ill., Oct. 24, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- UL Solutions, a global leader in applied safety science, today announced its new High Voltage Cable Field Testing Program that helps manufacturers, developers and utility providers test high voltage cable systems for engineering, procurement and construction, renewable energy and utility use.

UL Solutions High Voltage Cable Field Testing Program helps the energy industry to address reliability and performance challenges throughout the product life cycle in areas such as:
